What is the estimate delivery time & how can I track my order?
We usually process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days of receiving them. Once your order is shipped, you will receive notifications via SMS, email, and WhatsApp with details of the delivery partner and your tracking ID. We are committed to providing a smooth and timely delivery experience and are here to assist with any inquiries you may have regarding your order’s status.
Is there any shipping fees?
For orders within India, we offer free shipping when you pay using Debit, Credit Cards or UPI. However, for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, there is a minimum charge of INR 99.
Can I ask for express shipping?
Yes, you can. The express shipping will cost you an additional charge.
Return, Exchange & Cancellation
How do I cancel my order?
If you’ve placed an order by mistake or have changed your mind, you can cancel your order by sending an email to us within 24 hours. However, if the order has been shipped, the cancellation will not be processed.
Can I change my address after placing the order? How?
Yes, it is possible. Email your revised address to sukritijewels.in@gmail.com along with your order id.
What are your returns and exchange policies?
We are happy to offer a 1 day return and 3 days exchange period on all our products as long as the package is sent back in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Unfortunately, we will not be accepting returns if they are damaged or not in the right condition unless we are at fault.
Please also note that any products bought during a sale can only be exchanged, not returned.
How much is the return/exchange shipping fee?
PAN India - FREE
Please note your original shipping fee or COD charges are not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.
What do I do if my jewelry is defective or I received the wrong order?

What is the exchange/return process?
Send us an email at sukritijewels.in@gmail.com requesting your exchange/return label.
Don’t forget to include the following:
• The order number (Don’t worry if you don’t have one. The original purchaser’s full name and email address also help us to track down the order)
• The address where the jewelry will be shipped from
• The email address associated with your Sukriti account.
• Please exclusively mention the reason for the exchange/return.
• In case of a damaged product, please provide a picture as well.
When will I receive my refund?
All returns will be credited back to the original payment method within 14 business days of the return package reaching us. However, this period may be extended to 30 business days during busy times of the year. Please note shipping costs and COD charges are not refundable.
Gifting
Can I get my order gift wrapped?
Yes, we do offer gift-wrapping services to our customers. During checkout, make sure to indicate which piece is a gift and we'll make sure to include a gift receipt.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we do have digital and physical gift cards ranging from INR 2,000 to INR 10,000.

How do I redeem my gift card?
Enter the code by clicking “Apply a gift card” during step 3 of checkout.
The value of your gift card will be automatically deducted from the order. Should a balance be owed, you can use a credit/debit card or RazorPay. Kindly note that you can only use (1) one gift card per transaction.
Payments
How do I make payments for my order?
You can make payments on Sukriti through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Paypal.
Cards Accepted: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Diners Club, and American Express
Is Cash on Delivery available?
COD is applicable to all orders under INR 9,999 within India.
Can I combine discounts?
A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. If a second discount code is applied, our system will automatically select the better deal and the other discount will not be applied.
Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping, discount codes, referral codes, or any other type of discount.
Sukriti has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code.

How do I take care of my jewellery?
Each Sukriti piece is crafted to last with care, it will stay with you for years to come.
To keep your silver shining bright:
• Store your jewellery in a soft pouch or box, away from moisture and direct sunlight.
• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and other chemicals.
• Remove before swimming, bathing, or exercising.
• Gently clean with a soft, dry cloth after wear to maintain its natural shine.
• For deeper cleaning, use a mild silver polish or consult a professional.
Can I place an order for customized order?
While Sukriti doesn’t offer customization, we bring you a thoughtfully curated collection of exquisite silver jewellery from around the world - versatile designs that complement your style and celebrate your individuality.
